Curvety on Goks Fashion Fix

Love the show in particular 24 item capsule wardrobe which, I find inspirational. Unfortunately, I am size 22,approaching 50 and was made redundant last year. Alas, I also have no man in my life.
As money is in short supply I rely on supermarket/matalan for my clothes and footwear. Please ask, beg my hero to encourage supermarkets and Matalan to extend and maintain better stocks of plus sizes.

I remember Gok has used an item from Matalan once, but perhaps not often... But the only advice I can give, and Gok would probably want me to give is, get insprired by what he shows! If he shows a blue top with red blouse, the blue top doesn't have to be of that particular store, just find a similar substiture in the shops you go to

Other than that, I have been looking all over the internet to find the song he plays at his wardwrope make-over. It's that twinklely song... I love that! What is it called, does anyone know?

BUT....

the red halterneck swimsuit you 'advised' to the more top heavy lady is, lets just say crap!! i have rather large bangers... and if you dont believe me the lifegaurd with vouch for it i baught the swimsuit from next for £20 odd and it doesnt hold me in it doesnt look great infact NOTHING stayed in! the lifegaurds and other parents in the pool got a great view of my nipples, i now have move town lol

i have to say i was most dissapointed after seeing this on your show as you are normally so correct in your dicisions... issues!!

i wasnt swimming full throtal in a gala, i was just playing gently with my kids, my 9 year old was most embarrassed that my baps were on show all the time.

anyways got to go pack to leave town as cannot show my face lol

I love the program and how much better the ladies look when dressed correctly. However I am not a stock size and cannot easily buy clothes off the peg. It would be interesting to see you dress someone like me who is a curvy mature lady who is only 4 ft 10in tall. I like fashion but need to dress for my age and height to make the best of my looks.

Has anyone noticed most sale items are normally only up to size 18 in the high street?..........

IS THIS BECAUSE THERE ARE MORE PEOPLE OVER THOSE SIZES WAKE UP HIGH STREET & DISCOUNT STORES...ALSO wHY O WHY do they think larger people are also very tall ! all of the sizes and all of the lengths Please
